On Demand or Managed IT Services

Precision IT Solutions offers different solutions to meet the clients needs. We have an On Demand option which allows clients to use our services on an as-needed basis. For those clients that need our services on a monthly basis, we provide a Managed Services option. More info on both options are below.

On Demand Support

On Demand Support – M-F 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

  • Basic Q & A support is Free (10 mins or less)
  • Remote support during business hours
  • Onsite support during business hours
  • 6 Hours or less response time to requests
  • 1 hour billing increments (1 hour minimum)
  • Billing rate: $195 an hour
  • Travel Fee: $20
  • Hardware/Software procurement

Desktop/Server/Network Support

  • $195 an hour during normal business hours
  • 1 hour billing increments (1 hour minimum)
  • Travel Fee: $20

Email/Phone/Remote Support

  • $195 an hour during normal business hours
  • 1 hour billing increments (1 hour minimum)
  • Billed once solution is provided/Issue resolved

Projects & After Hours

  • $245 an hour after normal business hours and/or weekends
  • 1 hour billing increments (1 hour minimum)
  • Includes Server Setup and Migrations
  • 2 hours or less response time
Clients within San Diego County can purchase prepaid service hours at a substantial discount from our standard On Demand rate. Service hours do not expire and can be used during normal business hours (Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM, excluding holidays). Hours may be used for onsite and/or remote support. Flexible plans are available starting at just 10 hours. Higher rates apply outside San Diego County.
  • Block of 10 hours: $1800
  • Block of 25 hours: $4500
  • Block of 50 hours: $9000
  • Block of 100 hours: $18000

Managed IT Services

Managed IT Support – M-F 8:00 am – 6:00 pm

  • Desktop/Laptop support for all office/remote users
  • Onsite hours included with contract
  • 3 Hours or less response time to requests
  • Monthly Report
  • Emergency response/after hours support at discounted rate
  • Hardware/Software procurement

Onsite Servers $225 Each

  • Server Monitoring
  • Remote & Onsite support
  • OS and Application Updates performed as required
  • Hardware monitoring

Cloud Servers $150 Each

  • Server Monitoring
  • Remote support
  • OS and Application Updates performed as required
  • Cloud account management

Desktops/Laptops $90 Each

  • Desktop Monitoring
  • Remote & Onsite support
  • OS and Application Updates performed as required
  • Hardware monitoring

Firewalls $130 Each

  • Firewall/Network monitoring
  • Perform Updates
  • Includes setup, rules, changes, adjustments, and routing.
  • Hardware procurement available

Wireless Access Points/Wireless or Wired Routers $100 Each

  • Wireless network monitoring
  • Perform Updates
  • Includes setup, rules, changes, adjustments.
  • Hardware procurement available

Network Switches $90 Each

  • Network monitoring

In order to receive Managed Services from Precision IT Solutions, a signed service agreement is required. The agreement lists terms and general guidelines outlining the service that will provided. Please contact us with any inquiries you may have.
We provide substantial discounts, therefore all sales are final.
